Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-05-18
This policy explains what Novahound collects, why, and who it is shared with. Novahound is operated by etg.ai.
What we collect
- LinkedIn account data. When you connect LinkedIn, we receive your name, profile identifier, and email through LinkedIn's OAuth, plus an access token used to publish posts on your behalf.
- Content you create. Your persona, drafted posts, replies, captured examples, and the RSS feed URLs you add.
- Usage logs. API token counts and cost figures, used to show your spend.
How we use it
To draft and schedule content in your voice, publish posts you approve, and show your usage and cost. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Third parties
- Anthropic — your persona, example posts, and article text are sent to the Claude API to generate drafts.
- LinkedIn — receives the posts you approve.
- Railway — hosts the application and database.
- Your RSS sources — fetched to gather articles.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser's local storage to remember your light/dark theme. See the Cookie Policy for detail.
Retention and your control
Your data is kept until you delete it. You can disconnect LinkedIn at any time in Settings, and delete posts, examples, and your persona whenever you want.
